Our home barber services are exclusively available within Kannapolis, North Carolina, and surrounding areas subject to availability. Please confirm your location is within our service area when booking.

Booking & Confirmation

All appointments must be booked in advance either through our online form or by phone. Submitting an online request does not guarantee an appointment. We will call you to confirm your requested date and time. We require a clear, safe, and accessible space to perform our services.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before the barber leaves your location. We will do our best to remedy the situation to your satisfaction at that time.
